Over 95% of all delegates visit the Community Forum

The Community Forum provides a productive venue to identify new customer leads, liaise with existing customers, or introduce new products/services right on the exhibit floor. Delegate traffic to the Community Forum is promoted daily in the following way:

  • Complimentary lunches and health breaks
  • Seating areas for networking
  • Daily poster receptions
  • Product demonstrations on-site
  • Adjacent to scientific posters
  • CCC 2017 App

The Commons

We are pleased to confirm the return of “The Commons”, where delegates are encouraged to use as a meeting point, recharge or have a drink during the receptions. The following new features are sure to draw delegates into the Community Forum:

Heart Art:
A showcase of various expressions of art in cardiovascular sciences by artist from across Canada. Delegates will see how different types of artwork can capture the essence of cardiovascular sciences through creative artwork and displays.

History of the Stethoscope:
The McGill Pathology Museum Osler Collection will bring delegates the history of the stethoscope. As we celebrate the 200th anniversary of this incredible medical examining tool, learning how the stethoscope evolved over time.

Community Forum Theatre:
CCC has introduced a new interactive theatre which will focus on areas of interest to delegates on non-clinical topics. Topics will include interpersonal skills, business acumen, travel know how, tech savvy and work life balance to name a few.

In addition to these exciting features, CCC is pleased to announce that we are working with MULTIPOSTER, a state-of-the-art ePoster company, to showcase posters using 42” digital touch screens. The ePoster sessions will take place in a designated area in the Community Forum, next to exhibitors.
